1) 공연이 취소되거나 관람일이 연기된 경우

• 결제금액 전액 환불

2) 단순 변심에 의한 취소 및 환불

• 공연일 10일전까지: 결제금액 전액 환불
• 공연일 7일전까지: 결제금액 10% 공제 후 환불
• 공연일 3일전까지: 결제금액 20% 공제 후 환불
• 공연일 1일전까지: 결제금액 30% 공제 후 환불
• 공연 당일 공연시작 전까지: 결제금액 90% 공제 후 환불

About Cancellation Fee

1) Show is canceled or postponed to a later date.

• Full refund

2) Cancellation and Refund by a simple change of mind. 

• Until 10 days prior the show: Full Refund, 0 Cancellation Fee, 100% Refund
• Until 7 days prior the show: Deduct 10% Cancellation Fee, 90% Refund
• Until 3 days prior the show: Deduct 20% Cancellation Fee, 80% Refund
• Until 1 days prior the show: Deduct 30% Cancellation Fee, 70% Refund
• On the day, before the show begins: Deduct 90% Cancellation Fee, 10% Refund

2) お客様都合による取消および払戻し

• 公演日10日前まで: 決済金額の全額を払戻し
• 公演日7日前まで: 決済金額の10%を差し引いた額を払戻し
• 公演日3日前まで: 決済金額の20%を差し引いた額を払戻し
• 公演日1日前まで: 決済金額の30%を差し引いた額を払戻し
• 公演当日、公演開始前まで: 決済金額の90%を差し引いた額を払戻し
