주식회사 스테이지랩스(이하 ’회사’)는 이용자의 ‘동의를 기반으로 개인정보를 수집·이용 및 제공’하고 있으며, ‘이용자의 권리 (개인정보 자기결정권)를 적극적으로 보장’합니다. 회사는 정보통신서비스제공자가 준수하여야 하는 대한민국의 관계 법령 및 개인정보보호 규정, 가이드라인을 준수하고 있습니다. “개인정보 처리방침”이란 이용자의 소중한 개인정보를 보호함으로써 이용자가 안심하고 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 회사가 준수해야 할 지침을 의미합니다.
본 개인정보 처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 각종 서비스(이하 ‘서비스'라 함)에 적용됩니다.
회원 가입 시 또는 서비스 이용 과정에서 홈페이지 또는 개별 어플리케이션이나 프로그램 등을 통해 아래와 같은 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
일부 서비스에서는 특화된 여러 기능들을 제공하기 위해 이용자에게 동의를 받고 추가적인 개인정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

PC웹, 이용 과정에서 단말기정보(OS, 화면사이즈, 디바이스 아이디, 단말기 모델명), IP주소(회원 접속 국가 확인), 쿠키, 방문일시, 부정이용기록, 서비스 이용 기록 등의 정보가 자동으로 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다.
서비스 간 제휴, 연계 등으로 제3자로부터 개인정보를 제공받을 수 있습니다.
회원 가입 시 또는 서비스 이용 과정에서 홈페이지 또는 개별 어플리케이션이나 프로그램 등을 통해 아래와 같이 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
회사는 이용자의 사전 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 이용자가 외부 제휴사 등의 서비스를 이용하기 위하여 필요한 범위 내에서 이용자의 동의를 얻은 후에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하고 있습니다.
서비스 제공에 있어 필요한 업무 중 일부를 외부 업체로 하여금 수행하도록 개인정보를 위탁하고 있습니다. 그리고 위탁 받은 업체가 관계 법령을 준수하도록 관리·감독하고 있습니다.
회사는 기본적으로 회원의 개인정보의 이용 목적 달성 또는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 회원의 개인정보를 보유합니다. 단 회사가 이용약관에 따라 회원과의 서비스 이용계약을 해지하는 경우 재가입 방지를 위하여 일정기간 재가입 방지에 필요한 최소한의 회원의 정보를 저장합니다.
전자적 파일 형태인 경우 복구 및 재생되지 않도록 안전하게 삭제하고, 그 밖에 기록물, 인쇄물, 서면 등의 경우 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.
다만, 내부 방침에 따라 일정 기간 보관 후 파기하는 정보는 아래와 같습니다.
또한, 회사는 ‘개인정보 유효기간제’에 따라 1년 또는 회원이 설정한 별도의 기간 동안 서비스를 이용하지 않은 회원의 개인정보를 별도로 분리 보관 또는 삭제하고 있으며, 법령에서 보존의무를 부과한 정보에 대해서도 해당 기간 경과 후 지체없이 재생이 불가능한 방법으로 파기합니다.

4. 가명처리 또는 암호화 등 안전성 확보에 필요한 조치를 하였는지 여부: 침해 가능성을 고려한 안전 조치가 취해지는지 등을 고려하여 판단
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
보다 구체적으로는 서비스 내 설정을 통한 회원정보 수정 기능이나 회원탈퇴 기능을 이용할 수 있고, 고객센터를 통해 서면 또는 이메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
개인정보의 오류에 대한 정정을 요청하신 경우 정정을 완료하기 전까지 해당 개인정보를 이용 또는 제공하지 않습니다.
각 권리 행사는 이용자의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여서 하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 수임인에 대한 위임사실을 확인할 수 있는 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.
쿠키는 보다 빠르고 편리한 웹사이트 사용을 지원하고 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다.
웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 이용자의 브라우저에 보내는 아주 작은 텍스트 파일로서 이용자 컴퓨터에 저장됩니다.

다. 네트워크 상의 개인정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있도록 보안장치(SSL)를 채택하고 있습니다.
라. 해킹 등에 의해 이용자의 개인정보가 유출되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 외부로부터 접근이 통제된 구역에 시스템을 설치하고, 침입을 차단하는 장치를 이용하고 있습니다.
2) 관리적 보호대책
가. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보에 대한 관리와 접근에 필요한 절차를 마련하여 임직원이 이를 숙지하고 준수하도록 하고 있으며 준수 여부를 주기적으로 점검하고 있습니다.
나. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 처리할 수 있는 자를 최소한으로 제한하고 접근 권한을 관리하며, 교육을 통하여 법규 및 정책을 준수할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. 이용자의 개인정보를 처리하는 자는 다음과 같습니다.

STAYGE Labs, Inc. (‘the Company’) collects, uses, and provides the User’s personal information based on the User’s consent, and actively protects the User’s rights (to self-determination concerning their personal information).
The Company, as an information and communications service provider, is subject to and complies with the applicable laws, personal information protection provisions, and guidelines of the Republic of Korea.
The Privacy Policy refers to the guidelines with which the Company complies to protect the User’s invaluable personal information so that the User can use the services safely.
This Privacy Policy applies to services (“Services”) provided by the Company.
The Company collects minimum personal information necessary to provide the User with the Services when the User signs up or uses the Services on the website, applications, or programs as follows:
The Company provides the User with prior notice of its collection of personal information. The Company collects personal information when:
Information that may be automatically created and collected when the User uses the PC web includes device information (OS, screen size, device ID, model of the device), IP address (to confirm the User’s country of access), cookies, date and time of visit, records of fraudulent use, records of service use.

The Company stores separately or deletes personal information of a User who has not used the Services for 1 year or a period set by the User under the “Personal Information Expiration Date” scheme. Once personal information reaches its expiration date, the Company destroys the information immediately in an unrecoverable manner, even if the information is obligated to be retained by the laws.
6. Use and provision of personal information within the scope reasonably related to the purpose of collection
Company may use personal information or provide personal information to a third party without the user's consent, taking into account each of the following criteria within the original purpose of collection and reasonable scope.
1. Whether it is related to the original purpose of collection is determined considering whether the original purpose of collection and the purpose of additional use and provision are related to the nature or disposition.
2. Whether there is predictability of additional use or provision of personal information, in light of the circumstances or processing practices of personal information collection, is determined in consideration of the relationship between personal information processors and users, the level of technology and speed of development, and general circumstances (practices) established for a considerable period of time.
3. Whether the user's interests are unfairly infringed is determined in consideration of whether the user's interests are substantially infringed in relation to additional purposes of use and whether the infringement is unfair.
4. Whether necessary measures have been taken to secure safety, such as alias processing or encryption is determined considering whether safety measures are taken in consideration of the possibility of infringement, etc.
The User can request to view, modify, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time.
More specifically, the User can adjust settings or delete the account in the Services. The User can also contact the Customer Center and submit a request in writing or via email. The Company will take immediate actions upon receiving such a request.
If the User requests to correct errors in personal information, the Company will not use or provide such personal information to third parties until the requested correction is made.
The User can exercise their rights through their legal representative or designated person by submitting a power of attorney to verify such representation or designation.
Cookies are used to assist the User with faster and more convenient navigation of the website and offer customized services.
A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that the server sends to the User’s browser to operate a website. A cookie is stored on the User’s personal computer.
Cookies are used to provide personalized and customized services to the User by storing and recalling the User's information. This Notice of Cookie is valid only on Presented LIVE. However, the Company will NOT provide its collected cookies to third parties. The Company’s service provider (Google Analytics) may send cookies to the User in order to track the User’s browser on other websites and build the User’s web surfing profile.
Cookies do not store identification information such as names and phone numbers. and the User reserves the right to choose to install cookies. The User can thus adjust web browser settings to accept all cookies, be asked about cookies every time they are saved or refuse all cookies. Provided that, if the User refuses the installation of cookies, the User may find it harder to navigate the web or use services that require login.

The Company has implemented the following technical and managerial measures to protect users’ personal information from loss, theft, disclosure, modification, or damage.
1) Technical Measures
a. Personal information is protected by a password, and important data is protected through separate security functions, such as encryption of files and transmitted data and use of file lock functions.
b. Antivirus software is used to prevent damage from computer viruses. Antivirus software is updated periodically, and in the event of a sudden virus outbreak, the vaccine for the virus will be applied as soon as it is released to prevent the infringement of personal information.
c. SSL, a security protocol, has been adopted to help ensure the safe transmission of personal information through the network.
d. In order to prevent unauthorized disclosure of users’ personal information by hacking or other unauthorized access, the system is maintained in an area where external access is restricted, and intrusion-blocking devices are used.
2) Managerial Measures
a. The Company has procedures in place needed for appropriate management of and access to users’ personal information. Company officers and employees are required to understand and comply with these procedures, and compliance is monitored regularly.
b. The Company limits the number of persons who can process users’ personal information to a minimum, controls their access rights, and educates such personnel to comply with applicable laws and policies. Persons who process users’ personal information are the following:

c. d. The transfer of duties for personal information managers takes place under secure conditions, and the Company prescribes the scope of liability regarding any personal information incidents for both current and former employees.
STAYGE Labs complies with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Company complies with the GDPR and other data protection laws. The Company uses the User’s personal information for purposes as follows:
Under the GDPR and other relevant laws and regulations, the User can request to transfer their personal information to another controller or to suspend the processing of the personal information. The User also reserves the right to bring complaints to the information protection authorities. The User can make inquiries about data protection to the Customer Center. The Company processes such inquiries lawfully and quickly.
The Company’s Services are NOT intended for children. The Company collects personal information of children under the age of 16 who reside in the European Economic Area (EEA). In case the personal information of a child under the age of 16 living in the EEA is collected unintentionally in connection with the provision of the Services, the Company removes the information immediately. For inquiries about the personal information of children under the age of 16, please contact the Customer Center via phone or email.
To provide Services to the User, the Company may transfer, retain, and process personal information outside the EEA including the Republic of Korea. The User’s personal information may also be saved within the EEA when the information is stored in the device that the User uses to access the Services. When the Company transfers the User’s personal information outside the EEA, the Company guarantees a similar level of data protection as within the EEA by ensuring to take any one of the following measures:

会員登録時またはサービス利用過程でホームページまたは個別アプリケーションやプログラム等を通じて、次のようなサービスを提供するために必要最低限の個人情報を収集しています。
ステージラボは利用者の別途同意がある場合や法令に規定された場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
第三者サービスとの連携のため、次のように個人情報を提供しています。
当社は利用者の事前同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、利用者が外部提携会社等のサービスを利用するために必要な範囲内で利用者の同意を得た上で個人情報を第三者に提供しています。

サービスの提供において必要な業務のうちの一部を外部企業が遂行するために個人情報を委託しています。また、委託先の企業が関係法令を遵守するよう管理・監督しています。
当社は個人情報の利用目的を達成または会員退会時まで個人情報を保有し、例外が適用されます。
当社は基本的に会員の個人情報の利用目的達成または会員退会時まで会員の個人情報を保有します。ただし、当社が利用規約により会員とのサービス利用契約を解除する場合、再加入を防止するため一定期間再加入防止に必要な最小限の会員情報を保存します。
個人情報は収集および利用目的が達成されると滞りなく破棄され、手続きおよび方法は次の通りです。
電子的ファイル形態の場合、復旧および再生されないよう安全に削除し、それ以外の記録物、印刷物、書面等の場合は粉砕又は焼却して破棄します。

当社は当初の収集目的と合理的な範囲内で以下の各基準を考慮し、利用者の同意なしに個人情報を利用または第三者に提供することができます。

クッキーの告知はPresented LIVEでのみ有効です。ただし、当社が収集したクッキーを第三者に提供しません。当社のサービス提供企業(Google Analytics)は複数のウェブサイトで利用者のブラウザを追跡し、利用者のウェブサーフィンプロフィールを構築するため利用者にクッキーを送ることができます。

当社は、利用者の個人情報が紛失、盗難、流出、変調または毀損されないように安全性を確保するために、次のような技術的・管理的対策を講じています。
1) 技術的な保護対策
ア. 個人情報はパスワードによって保護され、重要なデータはファイル及び伝送データを暗号化したり、ファイルロック機能(Lock)を使用するなどの別途のセキュリティ機能を通じて保護されています。
イ. ワクチンプログラムを利用してコンピュータウイルスによる被害を防止するための措置を講じています。ワクチンプログラムは定期的に更新され、突然のウイルスが出現した場合、ワクチンが出たらすぐにこれを導入、適用することで個人情報が侵害されることを防止しています。
ウ. ネットワーク上の個人情報を安全に送信できるようにセキュリティ装置(SSL)を採用しています。
エ. ハッキングなどによって利用者の個人情報が流出することを防止するために、外部からのアクセスが統制された区域にシステムを設置し、侵入を遮断する装置を利用しています。
2) 管理的保護対策
ア. 当社は利用者の個人情報に対する管理とアクセスに必要な手続きを設け、役職員がこれを熟知し、遵守するようにしており、遵守の有無を定期的に点検しています。
イ. 当社は、利用者の個人情報を処理できる者を最小限に制限し、アクセス権限を管理し、教育を通じて法規及び政策を遵守できるようにしています。利用者の個人情報を処理する者は次のとおりです。
ウ. 新規職員採用時に情報保護誓約書に署名することで、職員による情報(個人情報を含む)流出を事前に防止し、随時個人情報保護の義務を思い出させ、遵守の有無を監査するための内部手続きを設けて施行しています。
エ. 個人情報処理者の業務の引継ぎは、セキュリティが維持された状態で徹底的に行われており、入社及び退社後の個人情報侵害事故に対する責任を明確に規定しています。

当社はヨーロッパ連合の一般個人情報保護規則(GDPR)および関連法令を遵守し、利用者の個人情報を処理しています。私たちは利用者の個人情報を次の目的で利用します。
GDPRを含む関連法令に基づき、利用者は個人情報を他の管理者に移転することを要請でき、個人情報の処理停止を要求することができます。また利用者は情報保護当局に不満を提起する権利を持ちます。利用者は関連事項をお客様センターに問い合わせることができ、当社はこれを適切で迅速に処理します。
当社のサービスは児童向けではありません。当社はヨーロッパ経済地域(EEA)に居住する16歳未満の児童の個人情報を収集しません。万が一、ヨーロッパ経済地域に居住する16歳未満の児童の個人情報がサービスの提供と関連して意図せず収集される場合、当社はそうした個人情報をただちに削除するものとします。16歳未満の児童の個人情報に関して問い合わせる場合は、電話やメールでお客様センターにご連絡願います。
利用者にサービスを提供するため、当社は韓国を含むEEA域外に個人情報を移転・保存し、処理することができます。また個人情報は利用者がサービスに接続するために利用する機器に保存され、EEA域内でも保存されることがあります。当社がEEA域外で利用者の個人情報を移転する場合、次に記載される安全措置のうち１つ以上が適用されるよう保証することで域内と類似する水準での保護を保証します。
これ以外に、当社がEEA域外に個人情報を移転する過程で適用する措置に対する追加の情報が必要な場合、当社にご連絡願います。

次の内容はカリフォルニアの居住者にのみ適用されます。カリフォルニア州消費者保護法(CCPA)により、カリフォルニアに居住する消費者は当社が収集する個人情報の項目の閲覧と削除、個人情報の販売中止を要求することができ、利用者の上記の権利行使により差別的な扱いを受けないことを要求することができます。当社は個人情報の販売中止要請がある場合、その利用者の個人情報を販売せず、個人情報と関連した権利行使により利用者を差別しないものとします。
